Questions people ask first
Can Keylo access or freeze my crypto?
No. Your wallet is created in your browser and encrypted with a key derived from your password before anything is sent to us. We only store that encrypted copy, so Keylo can't see your recovery phrase or private keys and can't move, freeze or recover your funds.
What happens if I forget my password?
Reset it from the login page. Because your password is what decrypts the wallet, you then restore it with your 12-word recovery phrase. That's why we ask you to write the phrase down. Your old encrypted wallet stays saved, so you can still open it if you remember the old password later.
Which networks does Keylo support?
72 networks today, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, BNB Chain, TON, XRP Ledger, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Sui, Cosmos Hub, Dogecoin and Litecoin. One recovery phrase gives you an address on all of them.
Does Keylo charge fees?
Sending and receiving is free on our side; you only pay the network fee, which goes to the blockchain. Swaps and bridges may include a small service fee, and the quote always lists every fee before you confirm.
Can I use my existing MetaMask, Trust Wallet or Phantom wallet?
Yes. Choose Import when you set up Keylo and enter your 12- or 24-word recovery phrase. It's encrypted on your device just like a new wallet.
